Serco Construction hired Brian Chard Design to photograph the new seniors residence called Cataraqui Heights at 2666 Princess Street. For marketing purposes, Brian Chard took a series of photos prior to completion of the project and performed photo editing to remove power lines, construction debris and vehicles to create useable images of the new facility prior to opening.  Today, the building is a thriving seniors residence in Kingston, Ontario, Canada.
